Brent is a proud Chicago native who currently resides in the West Town neighborhood. He brings a wealth of experience to the team, with a background spanning sales, leasing, investing, property management, construction, and multifamily real estate operations.

His broad real estate knowledge allows him to support clients with buying, selling, renting, and investing, with a particular strength in identifying and evaluating multifamily opportunities.

As an active real estate investor, Brent has personally acquired, renovated, and managed multifamily properties throughout Chicago. He has extensive experience working with landlords and overseeing multifamily operations, providing him with practical insight into leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, capital improvements, and the day-to-day responsibilities of property ownership. This hands-on experience allows him to help clients confidently navigate both homeownership and real estate investing.
